Program objective

This training program is designed to train individuals who are qualified to work as IT analyst programmer. These people develop applications in diverse environments: Web, databases, mobile devices, mastering both structured programming techniques and object-oriented programming. The programmer-analyst must meet the needs of companies with a variety of activities. Tasks can cover any of the steps in an application’s development cycle, including analysis and design, construction and testing, and implementation and integration into the targeted IT environment. In addition, he ensures the maintenance of existing software by introducing functional improvements. He also acts as a resource person for users. In recent years, new approaches to computer science in Quebec have become more widespread, increasing career opportunities. The most important changes are the following:

mobile technologies, which have radically changed the use of cell phones by opening them to video games, online sales and website visits. With the advent of electronic tablets, the popularity of mobile technologies has increased further, some even questioning the use of traditional microcomputers for personal use.

cloud computing, which provides access to computer resources that are stored on the Internet rather than on a local computer. This avenue is particularly promising for companies, as it relieves pressure on local servers, while increasing resilience by ensuring data backup in multiple locations in the event of a failure. This is probably the current trend in the industry.

Application Requirements

For Students of Grade 12with (Physics, Chemistry & Math ; computer subject preferred.)

For Graduates–(Diploma in CSE/IT, B-Tech & M-Tech in CSE/IT, BSc & MSc in CSE/IT, BCA/MCA etc.)

Applicant must be high school passed.
